Orders may be canceled or refunded at our discretion if fraud, payment issues, or order irregularities are detected.

5. Order Processing & Shipping

We process orders during standard business hours (Monday–Friday). Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Loss or damage after delivery

If an order is returned due to incomplete or incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Guest Checkout – Final Sale Policy

If you purchase using guest checkout, your order is considered final sale.

Guest checkout orders:

  • Cannot be returned

  • Cannot be refunded

  • Are not eligible for warranty processing without proof of purchase

To retain return eligibility, warranty association, and product traceability, customers must be logged into an MS SEDCO account at the time of purchase.

7. Returns, Refunds & RMAs

All eligible returns require a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Before returning any product, you must submit the RMA Request Form available on our website. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days.

Returns without an RMA will be rejected.

8. Warranty

MS SEDCO product warranties vary by product line. Warranty coverage applies only to:

  • Products purchased through authorized channels

  • Products installed and used according to manufacturer specifications

Warranty claims must be submitted via the RMA process.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Unauthorized repair or modification

  • Normal wear and tear

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • MS SEDCO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product involved

  • We are not responsible for injury, damage, or loss caused by improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions

Our products must be installed and serviced by qualified professionals.
