Thank you for choosing MS SEDCO. We are committed to providing high-quality automatic door and activation solutions. Because our products are often used in commercial, industrial, and safety-critical environments, we follow a strict return and warranty process to ensure product integrity and traceability.

Please review the following policy before completing your purchase.


1. Guest Checkout – All Sales Final

Orders placed using guest checkout are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Guest checkout does not create a customer record or warranty association, and therefore, products purchased without an account are not eligible for return.

To retain return eligibility, customers must be logged into an MS SEDCO account at the time of purchase.


2. Returns for Registered Customers

Customers who place orders while logged into an MS SEDCO account may request a return under the following conditions.

Eligible:

  • Product arrived damaged

  • Incorrect item received

  • Product failure within warranty period

  • Unused product in original, unopened packaging (approval required)

Not eligible:

  • Installed, opened, or used products

  • Custom-built or special-order items

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse

  • Items returned without an approved RMA


3. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Requirement

All returns require a valid RMA number issued by MS SEDCO.

To request an RMA, please submit the online form:

You will need:

  • Order or PO number

  • Product model/SKU

  • Serial number (if available)

  • Quantity

  • Description of the issue or reason for return

RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date issued.


4. Refunds

Approved returns must pass inspection before a refund is issued.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after inspection for processing.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

A 20% restocking fee may apply to non-defective, unused items.


5. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are nonreturnable, regardless of checkout method:

  • Products purchased through guest checkout

  • Installed, opened, or used products

  • Special-order or custom items

  • Electrical components removed from sealed packaging

  • Items damaged through installation or misuse

  • Products returned without an RMA

  • Clearance, discontinued, or closeout items


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will verify the issue and issue an RMA for repair, replacement, or correction.


7. Warranty Claims

Warranty coverage varies by product line.
All warranty claims must be submitted through the RMA form, selecting Repair or Replacement as the request type.
