Orders are processed during normal business hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST)
Typical processing times:

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Oversized or heavy commercial items may require freight shipping and may incur additional charges.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with:

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to begin displaying movement.
6. Shipping to Multiple Locations
If you need items shipped to multiple addresses, separate orders must be placed.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

Refunds will not be issued for incorrect address submissions

8. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items:

This allows us to file a claim with the carrier and process your replacement.
9. International Shipping
At this time, MS SEDCO primarily ships within the United States.
International shipments may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Additional fees, customs charges, and duties may apply.
10. Freight Shipments
Large or heavy products may require freight delivery.
Freight shipments:

May require loading dock or forklift access

May incur additional handling or liftgate fees

Must be inspected upon arrival for visible damage
Any visible freight damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
11. Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with the carrier to file a claim and replace or refund the order as appropriate.
Lost package investigations may take up to 10 business days depending on the carrier.
